2025-2026 Leadership
Executive Leadership Team
Crystalina Guo, co-president
Crystalina Guo is a second-year MBA student majoring in Finance and AI at Wharton. Before starting her MBA, she worked as an operator at an early stage fintech focused on financial equity. Afterwards, she was a Chief of Staff at a hedge fund before becoming a Chief of Staff at Capital One.
At Wharton, she continues to be focused on the intersection between finance, technology, and impact. During her MBA, she was Project Manager for MLCommons, a DC-based consortium focused on researching responsible AI standards for leading financial services companies. She also pitched several technology-enabled startups throughout the year, winning the WIIP showcase and becoming a global finalist at the Turner MIINT impact investing competition. She continues to explore this intersection in the second year of her MBA while leading the next group of impact investors in WIIP.
Natalie Fredman, co-president
Natalie is a second-year MBA student majoring in Finance and Impact, Value, and Sustainable Business at Wharton. She brings experience across impact investing, impact consulting, and early-stage venture. She most recently spent the summer at ResilienceVC, an early-stage venture fund focused on building financial resilience for low- and moderate-income Americans and small businesses. Before Wharton, she spent two years as an Associate at Social Finance, where she led research for a thematic impact investment fund, developed the fundraising strategy for a first-of-its-kind fund-of-funds, and analyzed pilot data to refine terms for an outcomes-based financing program in social services. Before Social Finance, she spent a year in Mexico City at Dalus Capital, a Latin American early-stage VC focused on climate, inclusion, and business productivity, through the Fulbright-García Robles Binational Business Program. Natalie holds a B.A. in Development Studies from Brown University.
